ATK: 3000 / DEF: 2500

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of this card and "Buster Mode". When the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster is activated, you can Tribute this card to negate the activation and effect of that card, and and destroy it. During the End Phase of the turn in which this effect is used, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. When this face-up card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" in your Graveyard.

What do you think?

It seems alright

Um' date=' hello? Negate any S/T/ME and have him return later, then when he does die you get back stardust? Sounds like a good trade for having to Buster Mode a SDD.

Also, RAD/B had 4000 ATK (methinks) so this might have 3500?

[/quote']

RDA/B only has 3500.

Can you say total lockdown? If you have two of these on the field your opponent basically can't do anything.

Explain.

Anyway, I must say that this is very good, and the art adds to the epicness.

Explain.

There's nothing to explain... it's just that there are far easier things then trying to destroy two of these things. For instance, if there are two stardusts, you could make one sacrifice itself then crow it... but that won't work with these since the crow would itself be negated. Other ways of dispatching of stardust such as Dimensional Prison, Grand Mole and Compulsory Evacuation Device are similarly confounded by this cards ability to negate all card effects. Even destroying by battle isn't a perfect solution since it just brings out a regular Stardust. So you'd need to waste valuable cards dealing with these through multiple crows and the like.

You're right. The sheer skill involved in activating "Buster Mode" will surely make this strategy entirely worthless. I mean' date=' you actually need to flip it from face down to face up!

Lulz

This card is friggin awesome. Any denial in that is an insult to the TCG.

Now that is one immortal card. It may only be able to negate 1 card per turn but that makes it near impossible to destroy, meaning you've got an almost unbeatable monster with 3000 ATK, and with all the 'buster' support coming out in Crimson Crisis, I would've be surprised if there where whole decks built around summoning this guy...

This card is absolutely broken.

If your opponent has nothing stronger than it, he has to spill 1+ resource(s) to clear the path for that single turn.

If he can't win that turn after spilling his resource(s), he'll have to do it again the next turn.

Also, anything your opponent will use to try to counter you (except for Spell Speed 3 cards) can simply be negated, and your opponent will end up with spilled resources again.

If this card is to be real, everyone needs to use Evacuation & Stuff to the max to avoid Stardust from being destroyed.

The whole "Nomi that needs 2 other cards to be Summoned" thing balances it out in the end.

Though, with the way it's worded, I don't see how it can Special Summon itself through its own effect. Maybe the card has an untranslated effect? "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect or by the effect of 'Buster Mode',"?

That was already there? Meh, must be losing it...

Chaos Pudding said it best.

Needing 2 cards to get it out balances it out.

Especially when one of the cards needs 2 cards in the first place. It's the same investment that you put in to get out Horus LV8 from a Horus LV4 (Horus LV4, Level Up!, Level Up!).
