The Galactic Federation of Free Alliances was at its height. The New Jedi Order and Federation Internal Defense Corps watched the galaxy with vigilant eyes, and though bandit activity was common, and Sith followers struck with greater ferocity than ever, civilian life was in an economic boom, and the peacekeepers held off their foes with relative ease.

 

Then came the bad news. Observatories on the outer-rim colony of Dadnaan VI had detected a tremendous disturbance oncoming. Closer examination revealed the horrible truth: that another galaxy would crash into theirs in a mere three hundred eighty days, causing a massive explosion that would annihilate every world in each.

 

Cade Skywalker, the lead Jedi Master of the New Order, has developed a daring plan. Massive starships called Saviors, each one roughly the size of a Super Star Destroyer, are to be built on every planet. The Saviors will be stocked with rations, maintenance, and replicators suitable for an entire millennium of constant travel. They would be comfortable and accommodating, using the Force along with cautious miniaturization technologies to create cities within starships. These Saviors would travel with advanced Hyperspace engines in hopes of stumbling across another galaxy within a thousand years. And it's possible, too — or at least it would be if it weren't for the Sith.

 

Korriban is long abandoned, but the desolate Jura has been turned into an advanced Sith fortress. Darth Anarthemol, successor of Darth Sidious, is ready to launch his mighty onslaught of Sith starfighters, but even for him, there is a problem: his protégé, Darth Apokal, has defected to join the Jedi. In this battle to save the galaxy, the Sith Order could be left behind forever, and everyone, Force-sensitive or not, will play a vital part.

Personality: Once, he tried to be evil, but somehow knew that it was somehow wrong to slight others for his own gain. Now, he's a cunning, quick-thinking, impatient, and straight-to-the-point strategist who never holds back without a very good reason. He doesn't have much fun, which is probably either a remnant of his upbringing or a characteristic of his race, and often spends long whiles in pensive thought.

Goals: To assist the Jedi in saving the universe, and determine his own sense of good and evil.

Interests: He pretty much lost all his interests when he reverted. I guess you could say he's interested in finding interests.

History: Stolen from his real parents by Darth Anarthemov, Darth Apokal was raised by the Sith Lord as his protégé after having his vocal cords cut out in his sleep. It quickly became apparent why, as his intelligence and Force powers knew few bounds. He quickly became an instructor of Sith soldiers and a capable leader, but Anarthemov thought he was holding back and became increasingly brutal. Apokal was hurt, and began to harbor dark feelings against his master and foster father. Eventually, the news inevitably reached Jura that the galaxy was coming to an end, and Apokal was horrified at Anarthemov's attempt to exploit the situation. He and a few of his most trusted disciples escaped Jura, but the defense grid tried to shoot them down, and though none of them were even scratched, they were separated trying to escape. He landed on Yavin, and after a saber duel with Cade Skywalker, revealed that he knew Anarthemov's attack plan and sought to give it to the Jedi. He and an elite group of star pilots began to zip around the galaxy in hyperspace, thwarting Anarthemov at his most strategic chokepoints — but lately, Anarthemov has been deviating from the plan...

History: Op'aa was born in the underwater city on Naboo during the middle of the Clone Wars. Because of the lack of specialized Gungan combat units on Naboo to help combat invading Droid armies, Op'aa was one of the few Gungan children to be taken from their mothers to be trained in sword fighting, rifle firing, and the sorts. After the Clone Wars ended and the Galactic Empire rose to power, the last remnants of the specialized Gungan corps were hunted down and terminated. All except Op'aa. He managed to avoid being executed by `ratting out' the other members of the Gungan resist units, and little did he know that it also lead to the very destruction of the underwater Gungan city. Not only that, but the Empire hardly kept it's promise. Op'aa was ambushed on Naboo by Imperial Stormtroopers and barely escaped alive, managing to dive into a forest lake at the right moment. Now, Op'aa has become half crazed and mad of guilt, and has spent his entire life seeking redemption, praying, and hunting down other evildoers. He also extremely despises the Sith.

Interests: Qymaen jai Sheelal, Swordplay, advancing in the Sith.

History: Born in the era of the New Republic on Kalee, D'ran's mother died in childbirth, leaving D'ran to be raised by his war-loving father. D'ran was raised close to a temple honouring General Grievous, once a Kaleesh named Qymaen jai Sheelal. D'ran worshipped Grievous fervently, learning his history and slowly altering his being to be like Grievous. By the age of 13, he had learned himself in the Czerka Outland rifle, obtained from his father, and the Lig sword and shield, forged by a friend of his, Ar'on sai Kemesh. He named his weapons, holding them as symbols of his loved ones. His rifle he named "Mortis", a deviation of his family name, his shield he named "Onyx", from the gem embedded in it's center and it's color, and his sword he named "Ar'kem", a combination of his friend's family and given names. He also learned himself in the family weapon, a Shoni spear. Holding these weapons, he killed a mumuu, claiming it's skull, cleaning it and from then on, wearing it, as his idol did, however, the battle with the mumuu had claimed his voice, after being speared in the throat by the mumuu's tusk. His voicebox was destroyed by the battle, and though he healed, he never regained his voice, and is still mute to this day. For this, he became known as "Little Griever", for his resemblance to the late Grievous, and also his grieving for his lost voice. Still following in his idol's footsteps, D'ran travelled to Korriban, seeking to become a Sith Warrior. He walked the abandoned planet alone, the barren wastelands draining him. He collapsed eventually, but luckily, a Sith Apprentice found him, taking him to the fortress used by Dark Lord Darth Anarthemov. Darth Anarthemov, curious at D'ran's desperation to be like Grievous and sensing Force-sensitivity, let D'ran train there, occasionally teaching him and his formal apprentice, Darth Apokal, simultaneously. At 22, when the destruction of the galaxy became apparent, D'ran followed Anarthemov, fighting for him, and has been sent to the current building site of the Korriban Savior as a test. If he passes, he hopes to become the new Sith Apprentice after Darth Apokal's defection. However, the defection of a person he considered a friend has given him doubts that even now stir in his mind.

@DiZ: After the Yuuzhan Vong war, as Cade Skywalker is in power. And accepted.

@Xemnas: Accepted, but not "Darth". The Rule of Two has mostly returned, with Darth Anarthemov as Master and Darth Apokal as Apprentice. However, it could be that Shikon is one of the more powerful Sith Order members striving to be come Anarthemov's new apprentice. Accepted as non-Darth Shikon.

@Proto: Denied. Yoda & trainees would be long dead, besides the obvious references to Darth Tyranus.

THIS TOOK ME SO BLOODY LONG. First I had to find a race...oh, assume this is a secret hideaway of Kaleesh untouched by Thrawn's assault, BTW. Second, I had to make the character sheet...seriously. This is probably my best character bio yet. I feel inspired to write Star Wars fanfiction now...
