3 things....

 

1 if you want anyone to read your posts give it a better name than "Cards" because other wise no1 will know what your posting and probably wont care

...

2 'absent ending', although an interesting card it seems pointless with cards like these it maybe best to give a situation in which someone could use it

(personal i don't think i could use it)

...

3 'hit the deck' is written badly firstly;

because it would become an instant draw

"when you run out of cards you lose"

secondly it will mean no comeback if not a stand still e.g.

 

you activate 'hit the deck' when neither player has any on the field

then summon a monster with ATK1200 they use their trap hole and stand still neither player has a monster and no one will play their last card to lose

 

idea are very good

card need a little more work though
