This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 2 Dragon-Type monster you control to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 1 FIRE monster from your hand to increase this card's ATK by 700 until the End Phase. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, you Special Summon 2 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position.

Nice card but... Its more powerfull then a common card. I could imagine it being one of those LIMITED EDITION common holoead cards. But its still good.

 

Also, do you know how I can change the poll options and the name?

Well it was an old card, I never fixed being OP. I think I will holo it and change the summoning condition to 3 Dragon-types and also change the bottom part of the effect to only 1.
