Now, for those who do know:

 

Each Servant has two forms - one where he fights without his identity revealed, and a second one, where he uses his signature Noble Phantasm(s). The effects and power reflect that. Besides the fourteen versions of Servants (fifteen if you add you-know-who), there are also five other Noble Phantasms as Spell cards that can be employed by them.

 

Future plans: Masters and certain generic Spell cards / sorceries.

Most of the pictures used are from the Fate / Stay Night game or the anime, or other official Fate material. Saber's and Lancer's second picture were found in photobucket under the account of lunar-angel, who I suppose made them. I don't claim any of the artwork etc.
