little white box with red x?

every time i click on generate to make a card it just comes up with a little white box with red x where the card should be what am i doing wrong plz help me i really want to make a card.

well i turned off the pop up blocker and on windows firewall it says off but somewhere else it still says on help me plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
