Jericho
This is about the V-Chip, which as you may know, can block violent and/or sexual programming from a television. Is this an invaluable peice of technology to protect the children, or a tool for lazy parents too lazy to monitor what their kids watch? YCM, You decide! 「tea.leaf」
^ agreedbut...there's a V-Chip availiable? O.O It's built into most new signal receiver sets, maybe in televisions too, I'm not too sure. In any case, I think parents are irresponsible enough as it is by letting their children watch television. Delegating the monitoring of their children to some shoddy chip is inconceivable. This thing is all over the planet, isn't it?
