Dark
This is a GIMP QUESTION ONLY. Any answers dealing with PhotoShop or Paint will be ignored, and the poster may be negged. Also, this is for GIMP 2.6, so try to answer it in "2.6" form. Where is the Opacity button in GIMP 2.6? I need to use it to make HOLOs, but I cannot find it. An answer, link, or picture will suffice.
