Ritual + Synchro = Fusion?

I had this idea a while back, while looking over some old cards. Let me know what you think~

When this card is Tributed to Synchro Summon "Sly Trapeze Artist", you can add 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. During the turn this effect is activated, you cannot activate Ritual Spell Cards.

"Skillful Juggler" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, you can pay 1000 Life Points to add 1 "High Standards Lion Tamer" from your Deck to your hand. While this card is face-up on the field, all Ritual Summon Tribute requirements are halved.

This card is used to Ritual Summon "High Standards Lion Tamer". You must offer monsters whose total Levels equal 7 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand.

"Sly Trapeze Artist" + "High Standards Lion Tamer"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. If a different monster than a monster listed above is used as a Fusion Material monster to Fusion Summon this card, remove this card from play. Once per turn, take control of a face-up monster your opponent controls. You cannot attack your opponent directly the turn you activate this effect. While this card is face-up on the field, all face-up Beast-Type monsters you control are treated as 2 Tributes for a Tribute Summon.

Interesting circus theme going on. This seems like a Deck Arcana could have used on Yugi (assuming that they had Synchro monsters back then). Combine this with a Dark Magician or two with his Spell and Trap set, and you have a pretty devastaing Deck set.
