when i was making cards in front of my freind and he asked can i print them the size of normal yugioh cards if we can, then how?

Yes, you can. First of all, I suggest you get Photo Paper. Normal Paper looks terrible, let alone blotchy, but you can still do it, if you so wish.

 

Next, you should search the forums for the exact dimensions, or just measure the card's width and length itself. Make sure that you print the card at those dimensions.

 

Then, just glue it or stick it to a really garbage card you have.
