"Commander's Heavy Bounder Cannon" is a powerful Equip Spell Card which can be equipped to a face-up "Armed Commander" and increase its ATK by 800 points.Also when the equipped "Armed Commander" destroys an opponent's monster by battle,your oponent takes damage equal to the destroyed monster's ATK.Teamed with Commander's Heavy Bounder Cannon,Armed Commander can help you win a duel more quickly!
