Let me reiterate that the evidence we have against Draco still stands; he was not unbanned because I found him innocent. I decided to unban him because I am interested in what his intentions are, as he seemed very much to be a normal active part of the forum again. If he can really maintain such a positive presence on the forum, I'm willing to look past his past mistakes.
