I made that thread a while ago, and you obviously didn't say anything.

 

I will assume I have done no wrong.

 

I do not belive I was online during then. Also, thats your problem. You must have people tell you that you have a problem. If they don't, then nothing is wrong with you. That is some of the worst logic I have ever seen. I will admit I have problems. What is your issue with admitting your not perfect?

 

If no one thinks it's a problem, then it's not a problem.

 

If you had a problem with me, you should've brought it up, and I would've dealt with it promptly.

 

It's perfectly good logic, and it's how a good administration should act: respond to the criticisms and comments of its people in a prompt manner.

The issue with that is, some people arent b****es like you. Maybe they want you to figure it out yourself. But why bother telling you anyway? You say would would deal with it right away. You know you would do nothing but flame the member untill you have done enough.

 

And, I have told you many times that I have had a problem with you. In fact, not long after I told you, you made a thread "apologizing" to ycm for your actions. Yet, you did not change one bit.

 

You are a dissapointing member, who I think should never have been made a mod.

All along this discussion seemed one sided to me. Now I get the other side.

 

No, this isn't the other side.

 

They're only the skewed opinions of someone who hasn't seen everything.

 

I, on the other hand, have experienced being a normal member and a moderator.

 

I can safely say that the staff members are not living up to their duties.

The thread in my post got me banned. J-Max's. You continued to post in it, just for the perpose of making fun of J-Max.

 

That thread was also part of the reason you no longer mod. If you want to know what your problems are, look at that.

i mean that tea leaf is right in some ways and i agree with her but the mods are not entirely wrong just mostly wrong

1. I was perfectly fine as a moderator. My forum was kept clean, my rules properly enforced. Heck, TCG forum may never be that clean again.

 

2. I've taken many looks at myself, figuratively and literally, and I can tell you that my behavior is perfectly fine. Problems must be noted and corrected, and that's what do. I note problems now since I can no longer fix them.

 

3. Again, where have I actually flamed someone? You've yet to deliver any accounts. J-Max needs to lose weight, that's a fact. Carry that much on your body is not good for you. I have no reason to mock him whatsoever.

 

4. Because critically assessing something and thinking independently are negative attributes for an administration, right? Since when has thinking been a sin? OH WAIT, in this patriarchal society, it's illegal for women to think and express their ideas! Woe is me for forgetting my place! I'll be in the kitchen fixing you a sandwich!

I have a hunch that you don't want to just prove a point (as made effident by the fact you have yet to use the PM System to my knowledge) but publicly embarass many people.

 

I have no intention to embarrass people.

 

However, bring issues to the attention of the public is only to get changes made nowadays.

 

It's your world really; you people, the staff, made it this way.

The fact is, your actions as a moderator did not meet our standards, and that has nothing to do with gender. Using the F-word, making personal and racist comments, and flaming people is inappropriate regardless of who you are.

 

And for that matter TEA, feel free to PM me to discuss anything related to your demotion.

I haven't really stated sexism as my throwing out.

 

I don't think you guys get it yet: I don't care about being kicked from a mod.

 

I hate the idiots on this site too much to legitimately rule over them.

 

I have no idea where racism came in, but I do admit to the swearing and personal comments.

 

Flaming, on the other hand, I still will no admit to, because I do not believe I ever flamed anyone.

 

Was I warned? I think so, maybe, but no one ever came to me, and told me I needed to get my act "in line."

 

Tkill tried, but before I even got the message I'd already been kicked.

 

To Tkill, I'm actually somewhat grateful; as for you, I cannot say the same.

 

I don't think there's a single moderator right that has a more open policy than I did.

 

I enforced my rules brutally, yes, but they were all open for debate.

 

No one ever complained, except for two major case, and I think that's a better record than any of you.

 

Now, that's not to say I want my job back, because, as I've said, I don't care.

 

Just something bring to light, if you guys happen to consider different moderation styles and adjust your own.

 

Let's kick off Part Three, shall we?

 

EDIT: Oh, and if I'm going to get banned at some point, can you notify me beforehand?

 

I have a farewell message that I'd like publicize at that time to all of YCM.
