How do you post animations?

Hi, i am really good at doing animations ect. on GIMP but i do not know how to post them. Could anyone please tell me how to do. The person that is correct gets 1 animation absoulutely free. I will tell you what to do if your method works.

First of all, it MUST be a .gif file. If it is, upload it at a website like ImageShack or tinypic. After that, you should find the picture's link. Insert that link in a [/img] embed, and post it.
