The hokage would know because they would takle extreme procautions and she would have plenty of leaf ninja backup. They would know at the moment they saw them. As said suicide. Rose: "There he goes at it again, such bothersome pests..." she muttered softly to herself, sighing shortly afterwards before lowering her head. Meanwhile, back in the Leaf Village, the Hokage was surprised after reading the classified documents Haru gave her earlier before. "This can't be..." she sighed as she spoke, and with a simple, yet odd flick of her fan, four ANBU Black Ops instantly appeared, all bowing before her. "You, get Hyoma of the Zeros Clan here now" she ordered as she stood up from her chair, pointing her index finger towards one of four ANBU Black Ops. "And you three, go after a man using Haru Serap as his alias and stop him at all costs!" she commanded as one of the four ANBU Black Ops went separate ways while the rest went after a person only known as Haru Serap. After they had left the room the Hokage returned to her seat staring at the hand that was resting on the desk, holding her small cloth fan. "What were you thinking..." she whispered softly to herself, and thought about the consequences of Haru joining a fraction such as the Akatsuki. The scroll perished, and reappeared outside. Zeo navigated the scroll down to Hyoma's house, and made the scroll knock on his window. The scroll waited for an answer... Rin finally came bursting through the Hokage's door. "Rin Zeros ready for duty. My little brother sent me to help. He didn't give me any specifics because he said you might." *Meanwhile.* Hyoma opened the window and grabbed the scroll. He opened it up and read it. It brung back some old memories. He never cared for that kid who constantly bothered him. He was flattered that he was invited and by how much that guy respected him. Also it would be rude to decline. He never cared much for funerals ever since his brother's death. All others were meaningless after that. He knew how it felt to lose a brother that was close to you. The hokage's are not allowed backup but are escorted by two elite ninja. Either you are terribly lying or the cloud village is planning to kill the hokages which we know it can't do unless they have some powerful ninja to help them.". To settle the people down they would make it a public announcement top stop the ranting. They need to settle everybody down. It would have been made public.
