Blaze Kick, Fire Punch, Sky Uppercut could all be similer to CF. Blaze Kick could be the same as Falcon Kick and Fire Punch to Falcon Punch. Uppercut could be his recovery move in which it would move in a similer motion. I don't know what could be.

 

It doesn't have to know these attacks but it seems most likely that it would know the ones I mentioned.

 

Or, he could use other attacks. Close Combat (I don't care if he can't learn it. Lucario uses friggin' Kamehameha.), Fire Spin , Will-o-Wisp, Brave Bird, Overheat, Focus Punch (eh...then again, that is kinda like falcon punch. Yeah, the Pokemon moves are all messed up in the SSB series.

Guy with the ray gun is Loid, boy with the bat is Ninten, and the dude with the knife (yes, knife) is Teddy. It's rather amusing that Teddy IS actually a party member in Mother.

You could always get a ROM or something like that if you wish to play. Hell, if you want I can pm you something that has a lot of info on Mother, and a youtube walkthough of Mother 3.
