Tekken Ham
How DO you go pro in Brawl? I can't find any tournaments around me.
Neiko
Practice, practice, practice. Then go to a Official website and watch out for Tournys. If there arn't any near you, relocate. Go to them not wait for them to come to you. Edit: I'm bored, anyone want to Brawl?

Shiranui
I've always wondered about going pro in brawl because if there was one game I could do that in it would be brawl. Probably have been over this but...do you think there is such thing as a good pit player I main pit so...

I main all low tier characters and almost always beat TAG high ones. Also, word of the wise, going pro in any game is VERY HARD. I've seen pros play, and they are at a whole other level compaired to what me and most people I know play at.
Shiranui
Yeah...I've seen some videos but it's probably nothing compared to real life. Must be pretty unbelieveable.
Tekken Ham
Yeah, I've been going over replays for M2K's and DieSuperFly's MK. Obviously I don't think I'll get anywhere near M2K's level of play in this lifetime, but I think I have a pretty good shot at getting somewhere. Sure he has little weaknesses, but many people practice that match-up alot, and MK isn't invincible. Yoshi, DK, and Snake all have pretty good matchups with him. Diddy too. Once you know the matchup, it's a pretty simple job of playing it right, and getting off your kill moves. That's why MK's practice DI alot. Just rack up the damage to around 100% and pray to god MK won't DI your ass and make you get him to 200%.

It's not so much the lack of cons that makes him so good as is his pros. He is a combo god in brawl. Anyone who can master Meta Knight can rack up damage with no sweat, then finish off with Side Smash, Up Smash, or Up B. Most heavy characters don't really stand much of a chance. People who try to get close to him can simply be stopped with a Neutral B. Not to mention, he has virtually no bad matchups against anyone. Tekken Ham
Well this sucks, my Wavebird is funked up. Not majorly funked up, but it's dying. The joystick is losing traction and it's less responsive. But it's lasted me a really long ass time. So, any ideas for replacements, I sold my GCube with the original wired controller, and Best Buy is only stocking the shitty Blockhead that has bad reviews. The Blockhead has the same problems as mine, except it's more drastic and happens in a few days, as opposed to a few years. I was thinking of getting a wired one, but I'd much prefer a wireless one. What would you guys suggest? I've had notoriously bad luck with third-party controllers. I really only trust Pelican because of their Wavebirds being awesome, but I missed the original run of G3's. Gamestop is probably the only place that stocks GCube stuff now. D:
