I've had more homework than usual this week because we are doing an "interdisciplinary" unit at school with Frederick Douglass's Autobiography. That means we are working on the literature of the book in English and the history of the book in History. Plus, in Chemistry, we are working on problems that take forever. I have a Math project, where I have to read a full math book, make an essay on it, make a model, and make a presentation. A month-long project. What's hard, is that the model can't be about the book, but has to be about the book. And the presentation also can't be about the book, but has to be about the book. He tells you to make a model and a presentation, but you can't make it based on the book's contents. It must be about the book though, and it can't be a book report, so what else can you do?
