Yeah, I was wondering too, but it's really easy, all you do is open up paint, and paint in the pixels!

But, it's really hard!

You need to be good at it, I was going to ask Tehodis if she could teach me but I decided not to as she is making sprites for the pokemon universe contest.

Best you could do is go onto www.pokemonelite2000.com/forum and register, pm a person called Wandering Mew (with the space!) and ask her if she could help?

OK, there's really no way to teach anybody how to do it. You come up with an idea for a Pokemon, and sketch it out or something like that. Then you open up your image editing program, and you draw in the pixels, a smaller version of what's in front of you, what you sketched. And then you clean up the lines, since when you just draw it the lines will be blocky. Then you just color, fix the lines more, and boom. There you have it.

This is pretty much general pixel art. I taught myself how to do it by looking at other peoples works and imitating there techniques. After a while I was able to do it without the aid of using someone elses work as referance. Its just a matter of practice and devotion.
