Hi everyone it's me again. I got the idea to fuse Neos with some of the original E-Heroes. Here's the result:

 

Elemental Hero Feather Neos

WIND/Level 8/Warrior-Fusion-Effect-type/ATK 3000/DEF 2500

"Elemental Hero Neos"+"Elemental Hero Avian"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

 

Elemental Hero Burst Neos

FIRE/Level 8/Warrior-Fusion-Effect-type/ATK 3200/DEF 2200

"Elemental Hero Neos"+"Elemental Hero Burstinatrix"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, you can discard the top card of your Deck to inflict 800 damage to your opponent.

 

Elemental Hero Clay Neos

EARTH/Level 9/Warrior-Fusion-Effect-type/ATK 2800/DEF 3500

"Elemental Hero Neos"+"Elemental Hero Clayman"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. If an "Elemental Hero" monster you control is attacked, you can pay 800 Life Points to switch the attack target to this card.

 

Elemental Hero Spark Neos

LIGHT/Level 9/Warrior-Fusion-Effect-type/ATK 3600/DEF 3000

"Elemental Hero Neos"+"Elemental hero Sparkman"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. During your turn, you can change the Battle Position of 1 face-up monster on the field. You can only use this effect 5 times per Duel.

The OCG is a bit off, and all Neos fusions are "Contact Fusion" Fusion monsters. I'll give an example of how Feather Neos should've gone.

 

Elemental Hero Feather Neos

WIND

Warrior / Fusion / Effect

ATK: 2500

DEF: 2000

"Elemental Hero Neos" + "Elemental Hero Avian"

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Fusion Deck by returning the above cards from your side of the field to the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Once per turn, by discarding 1 card, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. This card returns to the Fusion Deck during the End Phase.
