Darth Bane- Creator of the Rule of Two's Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be summoned if you tribute 3 Spellcaster-Type monsters. Only two monster are aloud on the field when this card is in play. Any Spells,Traps, and Monster Effects that target this card are immediately negated or transferred to another monster card on your side of the field. All pictures found on Google Images.
