Kazuki sat in his garage, still working on his D-Wheel which was currently in several pieces on the floor, the wheels were both leaning against the wall and the screen and duel field were resting on a table along with a few other parts. Kazuki took out a burnt out solid vision hologram generator and began installing a new one, making a lot of noise as he worked. He stopped suddenly, looking up out of the window.

"Something doesn't feel right," he muttered.

He shrugged and carried on, picking out another part and fixing it in place.

"Just watch, brother," he thought "I'll fulfill your dream for you, I promise."

Charlie was riding his duel runner around the cargo holds and across beaches. His duel runner had been specially made by him and his friends to handle any terrain. Charlie had needed some time off the ocean to get a feel for the land again, he had not been home in months. He had seen his crew off this morning and entrusted them to come home safely on their own in a few weeks. The night air felt wondrous to Chuck, same as it always was. He had on delivery of special-orderd d-wheel parts strap to the back of his own. After they reached the buyer, Chuck would have plenty of time to himself.
