Just Crouton
Aporia's dub name will be Appaloosa. And Astro, the Carly episode was worthless filler. Who cares? You just summed up most of the 2nd season. She sits at a computer all episode while other characters have flashbacks. It's shocking that an 89 episode season (quantity over quality is bad,) which should've been only 40-49 episodes, that drags on and on with filler, and filler, has lame characterization like Yusei sitting around and doing nothing at all about trying to learn the Accel Synchro mechanic except for talking about how he has to learn it for 36 episodes (which is why I hate his character,) recycling previous episodes (Jack's crime-fighting and Jaeger duel program puzzle,) dragging out the 7-episode long Crashtown arc which really should've only been 3 episodes because the arc only existed as a catalog to sell new Infernities, contradicts the show's title by making a 6th dragon (this isn't Power Rangers where you can plug sells rangers at the start and end the show with 10,) give kids Jack a new card to play with that has no bearing on the "evolution and future" theme of the season, and introducing pointless characters like Sherry (let's face it. Her only role in the show was to give Crow and Akiza someone to beat up on in the Divine Temple AND to sell a Synchron Warrior no one cares about) has space for 2 clip shows. It took me to Aporia's introduction that made me realize that nearly every plot point about him and Z-ONE were pointless. Everything you need to know about the individual members and their mission are each explained in 15 minutes total over 3 or so different episodes during the Divine Temple. Still, I'm going to miss the tournament arc. Team Unicorn was the best written duel in 5D's.

Just Crouton
By god, I hope you mean "except the ending of the duel, which was BS incarnate". Not really. It was either kill Rapid for game with Tyrant Force's burn, or deck-out. It was more of lucky save for Yusei, otherwise, Team Unicorn would've won either way. The duel overall was the most tense and thrilling in the series.

Really, I dont have a problem with the save itself. I have a problem with how it portrays Jean's decision. But I definitely agree that it was exciting. Even though I knew Yusei would beat 3 people in a row, it was a great duel. Except the very last part, which ticked me off. And that BETTER not be Aporia's dub name. The death of Appaloosa's family and girlfriend will be changed to "they were captured." ...What irks me is that people of the age of 4kids watchers(4-Whenevertheydiscover4kidsisjunk) know about that people can't live forever. The way 4kids portrays things, you can jump from a 900 storey building into a pit of fire and only "Get minor injuries"

It was only the preliminary rounds, Team 5Ds could have lost and still gotten into the tournament rounds. And it would have fit the whole "learn about teamwork' thing. Just Crouton
where did you get this info? The Land of Guesses. The way 4kids portrays things, you can jump from a 900 storey building into a pit of fire and only "Get minor injuries" @1st part: It's not complex enough for 4Kids.@2nd part: I'm pretty sure parents don't want their kids waking up on Saturday mornings to watch shows about people getting killed. The ending was terrible, and Yusei only lost because jean is a f***tard. It was only the preliminary rounds, Team 5Ds could have lost and still gotten into the tournament rounds. And it would have fit the whole "learn about teamwork' thing. That was the whole point of Trust Guardian, a plot point introduced and ignored during the tournament because the writers for 5D's second season are incompetent. They never even explored the sub-plot about Sly wanting to steal Stardust Dragon. sadly it is, 4Kids have hardly done a good job with their Dubs GX's dub is 4Kids' finest moment. Resident Fascist
GX's dub is 4Kids' finest moment. You joking? Original series was thier best dub, imo. Atleast there wasn't an annoying catchphase like "GET UR GAEM ON!!!!11" or "LETZ REV IT UP!!!111!!!" It's utterly ear-degrading listening to it. Makes me want to go and force 4kids to watch a good dub like Death Note or Code geass.

Makes me want to go and force 4kids to watch a good dub like Death Note or Code geass. But GX also had a catchphrase in Japanese. 4Kids only changed what it was: Duel! -------> Get your game on!Gatcha!-----> That's game! IMO, it was such fail it was win (if you get what I mean). Quoting that when I win a Duel with random Decks is a lot more satisfying than reciting the "heart of the cards" bit or shouting "its time to D-D-D-D-D-D-DUEL!". Also, its not like GX was epicly good anyways. The show quality was somewhat around 4kids style from the beginning.
Astro Dude
so that's where you can watch the Movie if you dont get the DVD? i would like watch it again, but i don't think i will, not for a whileTo be honest, I was kinda nervous to watch it at first. A bit off topic but, since Maddie Blaustein was no longer in the world of the living, Wayne Grayson (The voice of Joey Wheeler back in the days of the original) lent his voice to Yugi's Grandpa. Interesting huh?
~British Soul~
i didn't know that found a mistake in episode 128: when Bruno was talking about Yusei able to keep Majestic Star Dragon due of Stay Force, it showed "Monster Chain" artwork, not Stay Force artwork. Astro Dude
With Blaustein gone, someone had to fill that void. And that I did not know. What do you think will happen after the 5d's vs. Ragnarok thing?
