Need Help On "Fog King Deck"

I wanted to make a deck based around "Fog King" utilizing Special Summons with not being able to tribute monsters with such methods as Magical Exemplar,Monster Reborn,Reborn Ribbon and things of the sort I want to try and make a Spellcaster theme to it as much as possible and some nice prevent cards mainly Stardust Dragon since I want to mainly have Special Summons

Moneypony, yes it is. And to get it moved to the TCG section you HAVE to PM a moderator.
