GB raeps is trumped by Allure, even when Allure has other targets? That justifies their existence? They're almost as bad as Trooper when it comes to leaving a weaktastic monster in ATK for any beatstick to run over.

 

There are other targets in your deck for Allure, Scout is still at 2, 3 is too much and leaves you vulnerable to anything with an ATK value over 800. Other targets exist, and Scout is not that good.

 

Dup provides speed for Valleys which allow you to abuse Survivor as well as Scout for more draw. It's trading off versatility for more speed. And again, your deck is chock full of additional Allure targets.
