Shrekstasy
I suggest reading the short-story. maybe a 20 minute read... Due to my new-found favorite author, Edgar Allen Poe, I have made these cards from one of his books, "Hop-Frog": [spoiler=The Effect of "Hop-Frog"]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by discarding 1 or more card(s) from your hand and by paying 200 Life Points. Each time your opponent draws a card outside his/her respective Draw Phase, flip a coin. Give this card the appropriate effect(s) until the End Phase of the turn this effect was used:-Heads: Inflict 200 Direct Damage to your opponent for each face-up Monster Card on your opponent's field.-Tails: Activate 1 "Hop-Frog's Final Jest" on your field. K.B. strategist
Post the effect beneath the first card please. As for the second card... Overpowered.
Shrekstasy
Post the effect beneath the first card please. As for the second card... Overpowered. Fixed- It is not overpowered, if you read Hop-Frog's effect, it is clearly extremely hard to activate the spell..
K.B. strategist
...I don't see it as that hard to activate... Maybe make the other possible effect a negative one?
