That's actually pretty good, but has a few errors. OCG should be:

The Type would most likely be Machine, and a background would be better for the pic. 6.5/10.

wanna know what says? Well then here`s the reason why the effect text is so small:

Autobot Advanced Samurai Prowl:

 

This card is special summoned with "Side Car Power up" ritual card also This Card is not affected by any Spell and Trap cards plus roll a 6 face dice and activate these effects:

1).- Decreases your opponent`s monsters ATK by the half. 2).- you can draw 1 EMP Supercharger from your dect to your hand. 3).- Draw 3 cards from your deck to your hand then shuffle your deck. 4).- you can special summon 1 Decepticon Bounty Hunter Lockdown from the Graveyard to your field. 5).- You can attack directly to your opponent`s LP 6).- Your opponent sends 1 card from the top of his/her deck to the Graveyard
