Hi hi hi. I have a new splice. And i also have a little Contest for you

 

Now that I've added my second Splice, whoever can come up with a sheet for both of them gets 40 points. If you can come up for 1 of them, then you win 15 points. When i release my third splice on here, each effect sheet will only get you 5 points.

The shading is messed up on the legs, Gray, Blue, & Brown do not make good outline colors for A Pink pokemon, Certain Parts are pink, but need to be white, Its Right Arm (Our Left) Legs, & Tail look like they're just floating, and the outline has to much black.

As Mew 101 said, the brown, blue and gray border don't really work. The right claw (our left) has some border issues. On the left upper arm, there is a weird arm problem. A few missing pixels everywhere. You did though do a good job of evenly mixing things. Work on keeping an eye on those small details.

I don't think anyone has picked on you. Us who gave you a "bad score" or had bad things to say about your splice, are not picking on you. That is called critique. We don't tell you it in a way to tell you that you suck. We tell you it so you can improve. We tell you what could be fixed, sometimes how to. If you continue to do things in the artistic world, you'll learn critique is too scarse. All artists like to improve, to become better. They usually aren't happy with high and perfect scores, they want people to think they aren't great, to tell them what they did wrong.

 

This new splice of yours I would have to say is worse than the other one. This is due to the fact that your problems with borders is still there, but its more common now. Another issues I have would be the head placement, perhaps a little lower down. Now with your borders, I see a lot of dark red and dark blue. These borders can easily fixed. You just have to take them and change them in this case to dark green. This can greatly improve your quality. Another problem is on the legs and tail, there are some weird tan parts that look out of place.

Well I think it looks a good amount better already. YOu didn't attend to all the things I said, but it is better. I kind of mislead you though, the tan color mouther area should have gotten a green border, but probably a brown or tan, since that part isn't green after all. Also if I don't be serious, who will.
