Exiro
It could've replaced Shrink sometimes if it wasn't continuous, but it is. That is also why it sucks.
Jesus
When this card was made it made little children cry. It also made my eyes bleed.
Leon Lonewolf
i would change its effect to "Cut the selected monsters ATK in half."
Tekken Ham
You guys do know this card has a second effect right?

Corporal
Pretty much three uses:1) Weakens a monster(Obvious and sort of effective)2) Tuning(Moderately obvious and pretty effective)3) A Reverse Deck(Not obvious and effective)

CrabHelmet
Using this card to help yourself tune is a waste.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Using this card to help yourself tune is a waste. For the most part, yes. But of course you should not use this card for that sole reason. If you do deck it, it should be because you want to be able to weaken your opponent's monsters. Maybe put it in a Urai deck? JesusofChaos™
Sucks because declaring a synchro summon doesnt use the chain
Kale
at first glance it seemed good. at second and so on it was bad. it is ridiculously slow, and it only reduces ATK by 1000. so what if it reduces the level too? to synchro effectively you shouldnt have cards like this and Noisy Gnat in your deck, because they can lead to dead/unhelpful draws. stick cards in your deck that have the right level, not one that you would like to manipulate. -_-
Tekken Ham
-.- Everyone's so closeminded. What's gonna dominate the meta? Synchros obviously. So, how do we stop Synchros such as Startdust, Goyo, and Thought Ruler? We stop their tuners. I never said to use this on yourself, use it on your opponent. Chain it to the summon of a tuner. Most commonly used tuners are above the 1000 ATK line. So, use this to disrupt their Synchro summon.

Tekken Ham
I was just pointing out how stupid you people acted. As CH said Using this card to help yourself tune is a waste. This was the first thing that came to mind as tech against tuners. Black Horn was too slow, and Noisy Gnat would be great if it was more like Crow. I'm not saying it's good, I was just pointing out that you all were doing it wrong.
CrabHelmet
Personally, if I'm trying to run an anti-Synchro tech, I'm not going to waste my time on Continuous Traps (in a format full of removal) that turn my opponent's Stardust Dragon into a Black Rose Dragon. Tekken Ham
Black Rose isn't out yet for starters. But, again, this was the first tuner tech I could think of. Noisy Gnat would be better if you could toss it during your opponent's turn. But for right now, Miniaturize serves as tech against tuners. I don't worry about destruction too much as Dust Tornado is being sided, and MST and Heavy are the biggest S/T removal. Obviously you wouldn't chain this while DaD is up, the only things that would be a problem while facing Tele-DaD are: DaD, MST, Heavy, Breaker, and Caius. Trunade might become a problem too if it gains popularity, which it probably will. But ehh, there can be better cards to stop tuners, people just have to find them. JesusofChaos™
Currently best anti synchro card is Mole. I love attacking mole into stardust, it gives me lulz

Although this might seem like a de facto tech against synchros, it's there to stop tuners.
CrabHelmet
You're right. Thousands of times I have been up against decks with Tuners, and I haven't been able to stop them from crushing me because all of my techs were anti-Synchro, and these decks with Tuners didn't run any Synchro monsters.
