Spinel - Needs to drop the ATK a bit.

 

Tanzanite - Highly abusable, especially in a non-CB deck.

you should probably change 'all face-up "Crystal Beast" monsters gain ATK equal to the number of face-up "Crystal Beast" monsters you control' to 'increase the ATK of all face-up "Crystal Beast" monsters by an amount equal to the number of face-up "Crystal Beast" monsters you control x 100 points' lest you have monsters with 1803 ATK.
