Derekwhale, welcome to the 2nd round. You'll duel Serrenox.

Serrenox, that number could soon become three. darkmaster only has two days left.

darkmaster, time is running out. You have two days left.

So, SGY, shall I go first?

Edit:

(I think I can because Deity Mitsu went first in my last duel.) But, I just figured out that apparently Derekwhale is supposed to duel Randomdog, or did you just change that.) Confusing! Derekwhale isn't supposed dueling me and wasn't supposed to be dueling Quagmire either. He was supposed to duel Randomdog and I am now supposed to duel aaronpoe because his opponent Quagmire forfeit. So right now I'm actually not supposed to duel Derekwhale, I am supposed to duel aaronpoe. Derekwhale is supposed to duel Randomdog. Phew! I feel like a judge! Just to pretend to be a judge: Remember folks, use the link at the first post to duel!

But no matter, for no matter who I am dueling this is my move.

If I may, here is my first move.

First I play the spell card "Keltika's Decree!" Then I lay down 1 S/T card. Then I summon Keltika's Sandman in attack mode! I then end my turn.

::looks at Serrenox with my five card hand; smiles slyly::

Jesus, Serrenox. That little sand dude is bad-ass! It's good to know you won't go down easy...

::draws one card from the deck::

Eh... not actually overflowing with popular options, thanks to that little sand dude... hm... I need one of those for my Rock deck... I activate Battlefield Contemplation!

I target your Sandman and your Decree. Throw them back into your deck... face-up. (you have to tell me when you draw those cards next time you draw them. :) Thank you.) Due to the effect of Battlefield Contemplation, my turn ends immediately.

Field: nothing.

Hand: 5

Life Points: 4000

Your move, Gaara. :D

Match Epsilon

Just a bit suspicious, are you using the link SGY put on the front page? Because you must be pretty lucky to get that card! Anyways, no matter, I summon Keltika's Minion #5 in attack mode! I attack your Life Points directly! Hah! You've lost over half your Life Points! Remember, I still have my face-down on the field!

Serrenox: He is. He sent me a comprehensive PM on the reasoning of the move.

Standings: MATCH EPSILON

Serrenox has 3 cards in hand. 2 cards are on the field, one of which is Keltika's Minion #5 (4/2150/200) and 1 of which is a face-down S/T card. 4000 Life Points are remaining.

aaronpoe1988 has 5 cards in hand. 0 cards are on the field. 1950 Life Points are remaining.

Oh, that is straight up WRONG! First that Sand creature, now a 2150 4 star Normal monster? This is totally not Super Special Awesome... :D

::draws a card::

Hm... one face-down... one 2150 ATK 4 Star Normal Monster... ::shudders at the thought::... hm...

Well, under the assumption that your cards aren't ridiculously overpowered, this should at least give me a turn...

I Normal Summon Hawk Soldier #2 in face-up Defense Position.

I set one face-down S/T and I play Armamants.

Your move, Giovanni.

::hovers hand over face-down card::

Field: 3

Hand: 3

Graveyard: 1

Life Points: 1850 (your math was off, based on what your card reads as) *mumbles "ya' rat bastard"*

I miss my draw phase due to the card "Armamants." I draw three cards during my Standby Phase to due your "Armamants" card. Nice hovering hand over your card... I sacrifice my Keltika's Minion #5 to summon Keltikana. Now, Keltikana attack life points directly! I then play Keltika's Edict. You lose, unless your face-down card is a wicked Spell/Trap that I wasn't expecting! I end my turn.

Very, very interesting...

So, is aaronpoe1988's face-down something that will save his 1850 (sorry) remaining Life Points? Or is the first actual duel of the competition over?

And yeah, derekwhale2007, you have 3000 Life Points.
