EDIT: Woops! Wow. Cannot believe I did not notice that.

Serrenox: Draws 6 cards. I lay down 2 S/T cards on the field. I play Keltika's Decree. I play the field card Keltika's Walking Fortress. I now summon Keltika's Minion #1 onto the field. End Turn.

Draw 1 card. Activate Keltika's Damper (quick-play) . Negate summoning of Infinity Demi-Angel Cardess. Negate all things involving Infinity Demi-Angel. No life points lost. I must draw one card now due to Keltika's Damper's effect. I now summon a monster in face-down DEf mode. Now, I place Keltika's Minion#1 in defence mode.

P.S. Deity Mitsu, don't you have to post a picture of your card so I can read the effect? It is hard to find your cards everytime and having to read them.

I know. I negated the summoning of your Infinity Demi-Angel Cardess. Which negated the her effect which means the godhand didn't attack directly. Wait a minute. Isn't this a return in real Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments? Anyways, that's my turn. I think we should ask Super Gamesmaster Yssidac before we continue. I'm going to bed soon. Bye.

Technically, it says that "Negate either an attack, a Summon, a Spell Card, a Trap Card, or a monster effect." Therefore, Keltika's Damper could negate a Summon of any kind, so it would be possible, given the exact effect text, to negate the Normal Summon of Cardess. I deem that the effect of Keltika's Damper can, in fact, negate the summon of Cardess, and from there, I give the turn summary.

DM has 3 cards in hand. On his side of the field are 2 face-down S/T cards, 1 Infinity Angel Valkyrie in DEF mode (3/1400/400) and 1 Infinity Angel Godhand in ATK mode (6/2300/2000). 2 cards are visible, and 4000 Life Points are remaining.

Serrenox has 2 cards in hand. On his side of the field are 1 Keltika's Minion #1 in DEF mode (4/2000/1000-->4/2200/1200) and 1 monster in face-down DEF mode, as well as 1 Keltika's Decree and 1 Keltika's Walking Fortress. 3 cards are visible, and 4000 Life Points are remaining.

...Okay...

DM, you'll be getting your Variant card through PM soon. Serrenox, congrats, you've made it to the second round.

Serrenox: I selected the duels at random.

Alordzynix & Darkmaster: Whenever you're ready, first one here can make the first move in the duel. You two are match DELTA.

Derekwhale2007 & Randomdog: Whenever you're ready, first one here can make the first move in your duel. I had to put you two together by default, since neither of your opponents are ready. You two are match GAMMA.

I actually quit because there is no way of knowing that your opponent isn't cheating. And if you make a really good move' date='people will probably think you are cheating.

[/quote']

True, but if I was cheating, I would make up some random 1 shot kill move. Why? Did you think I was cheating? Because if you cheat it really takes all the fun out of it.
