Therefore, Keltika's Damper could negate a Summon of any kind, so it would be possible, given the exact effect text, to negate the Normal Summon of Cardess. I deem that the effect of Keltika's Damper can, in fact, negate the summon of Cardess, and from there, I give the turn summary. DM has 3 cards in hand. On his side of the field are 2 face-down S/T cards, 1 Infinity Angel Valkyrie in DEF mode (3/1400/400) and 1 Infinity Angel Godhand in ATK mode (6/2300/2000). 2 cards are visible, and 4000 Life Points are remaining.Serrenox has 2 cards in hand.
