Chiengu Ruu
Why the heck did they made two cards?[spoiler=The Lame One]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus" on your side of the field. Send "Umi" on your side of the field to the Graveyard to send all cards in both players' hands and on the field to the Graveyard, except this card. [spoiler=The KILLER One]This one is a lot easy to Summon.
Guest Chaos Pudding
Your topic brings up an excellent point. Why make two cards with similar names and effects, in the same structure deck, no less, and make one so much better effect-wise (of course, in the deck it's made to run in, regular Daedalus has the advantage of being one Level lower, and therefor can be Normal Summoned with one less Tribute)? It would do you well to, perhaps, look up any and all errata that might apply to Neo-Daedalus, then report back with your findings.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
There is nothing to discuss. I'd rather run Levia-Dragon unless I was building an OTK based around this, because this card is Errata'd.
「tea.leaf」
Bettering during the Turbo days, but Norleras still trumps it.
