Atomix
Ok, here. Lord of D.Blue Eyes White DragonBlue Eyes White Dragon (all face-up on my field) Opponent activates Lightning vortex, what does it destroy? I'm confused by Lord of D.'s effect. werewolfjedi
i would say that lord of d goes, but blue eyes stay since lord of d's effect stays until he is destoryed, which is when the spell resolves, after he is dead.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Lightning Vortex does not target, last I read. Maybe I'm mistaken with another card effect... But if I am correct, all of your monsters are destroyed, because they are not targeted, and therefore Lord of D. will not stop it form working. Kale
i would say that lord of d goes' date=' but blue eyes stay since lord of d's effect stays until he is destoryed, which is when the spell resolves, after he is dead.[/quote'] incorrect. Lord of D protects against things that target dragons. As lightning vortex doesnt target, it only destroys all, all three monsters would be destroyed in this situation. If the card were something like DaD's effect, Lord of D would negate that, ad it targets.
