Its just my opinion but new members should get a pm with the title URGENT PLEASE READ

the pm should explain how to make good-great cards what ocg,spam means etc. and basic rules and examples of mistakes this may take some time but its worth it

instead of just how to make card(which i beleive is not required),they should also say what the rules are because my recent studys show that once per week,at least 10 threads are made about questions already answered or questions answered in the FAQ.so that should be included with it.in fact,theres a plugin called PM on registration so it shouldn't take that long.
