Ok, Ninja Steve, I've got my card right here. You can now put it in the spoiler and start the poll ^_^

This card cannot attack until the 2nd turn after this card was Summoned. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control to add 1 Spell Card from your opponent's Graveyard to your hand. If you do this, decrease the ATK of this card by 800. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, each player can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster from their hand during their Main Phase 1. If this monster is destroyed by battle, you can flip a coin. Activate the following effect:

- HEADS: All Spellcaster-Type monsters in your hand are treated as Level 4 until the End Phase of your next turn.

- TAILS: Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard and discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.

If this card was Special Summoned from the Graveyard, increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 500.

I think it's pretty obvious...

Ninja Steve: In the real yugioh world, no card can exceed 3000 ATK/DEF. you, just stayed in it....i think it is pretty overpowered, but nice pic: 7/10

Silent Hunter: Once again, you stun me. a nice starting effect due to his kinda overpowerness, nice pic but the effect of getting a spell card from your opponent is not very common: 8/10

winner: Silent Hunter
