Gene Walks From the school to his house carrying his bag over his shoulder,Walks into the door,takes off his shoes,opens the door to his room and sees a blak notebook on his bed"What is this"Gene puts his bag down on his desk,picks it up on his bed and notices the title"Death Note?"He becomes curious about why the book has such a peculiar name to it,opens it up,and notices the cover pages has a instructions of sort on how to use it,"Whoever writes a name in this note shall die?"he flips through the pages"This is a Rather Peculiar Novelty Item,Who Would Sell This As A Joke?"Gene Scoffs at the idea but humors it aswell,puts the notebook on his desk,turns on his tv,as it turns out there is a robbery at a Jewelery Store Across Town,and he grabs a pen,they show the mans face and name on the tv,Shien Sukisho,so he writes it down,and watches the clock on his bedside table,as it passes 45 seconds and the man is still standing"As i thought theres no-"as gene was about to finish his sentence suddenly the man on tv collapses,gene looks on in surprise"Its...Obviously a Coincedence"The reporter goes on to say that the man died of a heart attack,Gene feel a lump in his throat,and looks at the notebook in Horror,Gene Calmly Collects Himself But Is Still Alittle Freaked Out From The Notebook"Maybe A Nites Sleep Will Get My Mind Of This"He Closes The Book,Takes Off His Uniform,Gets In His Bed"Tommorow I Will Test This Death Note"

Gene Walks To His School,with the death note in his bag as he reaches the school,he walks into his classroom,and sits at his seat,he sees one of the class members getting bullied by two another students,gene thinks to himself"what if i killed him,i dont think anyone would miss one bully,maybe not it would be suspicious if someone in my class dies",he looks out the window,and thinks more about the death note,a couple hours pass by and the school bell rings for class to be out,Gene Stays behind for awhile then he grabs his bag and leaves the school,as the sun Goes Down he walks to a book store,and picks up a magazine by the window,as he is reading he sees a man talking to a woman,gene listens to the conversation,as they talk the man say his name is sakyo Namura,he starts to get violent with this woman because she wont go out with him,Gene Takes out his death note and writes his name down and that he dies by a Traffic Accident,as he finishes the last stroke of of sakyo's name in his death note,He watches his the second hand on his watch,As it passes a minute Gene Watches The man outside,As the man pushes the woman off of him,and walks off,when he reaches the intersection of a street he ddoesnt notice,the red light and walks through the crosswalk a as he does A Car Comes Speeding Down The Street Running Him Over,As Gene Watches These Events Unfold Before Him"That Settles It This Is Real"Gene Walks out of the Bookstore and towards his house,and goes back to his room,puts the notebook on his desk"Now To Get To Work"Gene Smiles at the thought

Seth, bored, was roaming the town, a large book in front of his face, when his foot hit something on the road, causing him to trip. He got up and saw what tripped him: a Notebook, The Death Note.

 

"What in the world is this thing?" Seth asked to himself as he picked up his book and the Death Note, before he took off running toward his home.

Ikus Stared at Gene and started thinking " he doesn't notice me,thats strange,once i go to his house,maybe he'll see me,after all,we have to attached to each other",Itkus flew all the way to Gene's house,where he waited.

Itkus stares at this human,and replies back,"the name is Itkus,i am your shinigami,im surprised by you using the deathnote,many people are freaked out by the deathnote once they used it,from the looks of you,you aren't freaked out"

Jo sighed, staring out her window at the stormy weather. This was the anniversary, if you could call it that, of her brother's death. Another sigh escaped from her mouth as her forehead connected with the glass.

 

"Ouch." Jo muttered and stood straight, rubbing the spot. She took a quick look around her room, eyeing the posters, her two bookcases full of manga, her stereo and tv, and her stuffed animals piled in one corner. She needed a house, and needed to get out of this apartment. "God I need a hobby...better yet, a job."

Yesterday, she had been fired, since the place wasn't getting enough money, and now she was job hunting again. With yet another sigh, she plopped down onto her bed, awaiting for something to happen. But her mind went back to her brother, and how he had died that day.

 

"...Itkus," Jo said, staring at the ceiling. "I'm sorry, I couldn't save you."
