Here's my winning entry:

EFFECT:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 LIGHT monster, 1 FIRE monster and 1 Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard from play. Every turn, by removing from play 1 monsters in your Graveyard, you can remove from play 1 monster your opponent controls ( this card cannot attack the turn effect is activated). When this monster inflicts battle damage, you can pay 700 Life Points to draw a card and activate one of the following effects depending on what card you drew:

FIRE monster: Remove 2 cards from your opponent's field from play and 2 cards from your Graveyard from play.

LIGHT monster: Reveal the top 6 cards of your opponent's deck and re-arrange them in any order.

Warrior-Type monster: Inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the Level of the monster x 150.

Trap Card: Destroy every Spell and Trap Card on the field.

Spell Card: Add it to your hand and search your deck for 1 Spell card and add it to your hand.

Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card that specifically designates 1 WATER monster you control, you can negate its effect and remove it from play. When this monster is destroyed or removed from the field, search your Deck for a number Spell Cards equal to the number of Spell Cards removed from play by the effect of this card and add them to your hand. Your Deck is then shuffled. If you add 3 or more Spell Cards to your hand by this effect, remove each Spell Card in your hand from play.
