CrabHelmet
Since a decklist hasn't been posted, it's not clear exactly what ROTAble monsters are in my deck.
Benraino
Edited: You are running a cookie cutter Heartbox, if you don't what is ROTAble, you don't know how to play this hand correct. There is more than one answer.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I have no idea, because I still don't know what cards are in my deck, nor what my all-together goal is. Heartbox? That could be anything. I'm going to make a wild guess and say I set Mirror Force and Wildheart. Then next turn I can Reinforce with Stratos (if my monster wasn't somehow destroyed) and blow up my opponent's s/t. If I DO lose my monster, I can SS Cyber Dragon (more than likely) and use Reinforcement on another target. Depending, I might also set my Decree, but I wouldn't want to run the risk of an insta-Heavy. Answers will vary depending on style.

Dark Duelist2
I'd set Legendary Jujitsu Master, Royal Decree, and Mirror Force. I wouldn't activate Decree before I activated Mirror Force, but it's a good idea to set Mirror Force because your opponent might play Nobleman of Crossout and destroy your Legendary Jujitsu Master. Tickle Me Emo
set the RotA (bluff) and decree then pass. not playing a monster can get an opponent to either A worry about your backrow or B assume you have nothing and allow an extremely good play next turn. Benraino
Personally I would either A) Pass my turn This allows me to see what my opponent is playing. I have answers to anything they can possible bring out, except maybe herakalinos. This stops me from getting Gyzarus'd and bestari and leaves me open to punish my opponent for doing so. It also allows me to push for damage next turn if they do not summon or if they do, I have Cyber Dragon waiting. I have all my options open for me next turn and with RoTA, I can get anything I possibly need. B) Set Mirror Force and end. This allows me to stop any big damage my opponet could do to me. It makes decree better by getting my Mirror Force out of the game early. I have no monsters so I can Cydra next turn if my opponent sets. C) Set Decree, end. With this I can stop the back row, allowing for swarm next turn.I would not set LJM because it makes Cyber a dead draw, which damages Heartbox more than most decks. iAmNateXero
Cydra cant be normal summoned? o.O Honestly, after LJM returns 1, it usefulness is over imo. No body is foolish enough to attack it again, and its foolish to switch it to attack mode. Simply sack the monster and force your opponent into a set turn next turn. From there, let the onslaught begin.
