Okay, I don't really get what your effect means, but here is what I'm assuming it means:

 

While this card is face-up on the field, no monsters can be Summoned or Set. Monsters cannot be offered as a Tribute. If a monster would be destroyed by the effect of an Effect Monster, Spell, or Trap, negate the effect. All monsters on the field can attack their opponent's Life Points directly.

 

I THINK that should be right. Your effect was very unclear, so I had to kind of guess it.

This card's ATK is equal to the number of cards in your opponent's graveyard X400. The DEF of this card is equal to the difference of liepoints between you and your opponent. During each of your opponent's standby phase, discard the top three cards from your opponent's deck. This card alredy has a "Glow", so no worries there. Can you holo this card, but DON'T HOLO the flower petals around her, or the girl, just the backroud, but NOT THE FLOWER PETALS. Also Holo the card name and add the gold sticker, as usual. ^_^
