I did add the numbers, -'s, and titles for each section, except for the Extra Deck Section. I only added the - and the numbers there.

You can however use Hex-Sealeds for Miracle Fusion.

So:

- 3 Avian

- 3 Burstinatrix

+3 Wildheart

+3 EARTH Hex-Sealed

 

- 3 Phoenix Enforcer

- 3 Shining Phoenix Enforcer

+ 3 Shining Flare Wingman (Better IMHO)

+ 3 Wildedge (or any other fusion that runs Wildheart)

 

Also, there's no Future Fusion in the deck.

The point of the Deck is to Summon Elemental Hero Phoenix Enforcer.

 

Why would I take Elemental Hero Phoenix Enforcer out?

I dont think you need MSE in here. If your set on keeping Phoenix Enforcer in here, have Avian and Burstinatrix at 1. Thats probably all you'll ever need, especially since you can dump them with Prisma and the card that should be in here called Future Fusion. These fixes will allow you to put 3 Wildheart and Future Fusion in here as a start. As for MSE replacements, any 2 Hex Monsters (preferrably Earth Hex) should do the trick. Are you sure you need 3 Burial from a Different Dimension in here? I would neg 2 and put in another Hex Monster and as well as negging Foolish, put in some Giant Rats if you run Earth Hex since you can search Wildheart or an Earth Hex.

 

As for the Extra Deck, the Stardusts and Goyos are fine, I would cut RDA down to 1, cut Phoenix Enforcer down to 1 (3 seems a bit much) and Shining Phoenix Enorcer to 2 (I dont think you need 3). Now you can add Wildedges and / or any other E-Hero Fusions. I would stick Shining Flare Wingman and a Plasma Vice in here as well as Wildedge.

With Shiny PE, with the massive lolATK it gains from it's effect, the immunity to destruction is unneeded. If it goes down, it will be with an effect anyway. And if you're going to run one of the Shinies, Wingman does the beatsticking better with a nice burn on the way.

tsk tsk tsk. too many aviant and burstinatrix... thats a NO NO. you can use monsters with fusion substitutions with better ATK power. make them 1 aviant and 1 burstinatrix.. that way you wont cram in battle by putting your monsters in defense all the time.. YOU also lack clay man which is the main defense of the elemental hero deck... stratos will surely die in the next round and you will perish because of our trap cards. (2 solemn judgment is allowed)... Reject
