1. You can get reps by respecting someone, but you can get negative reps if you are hated by the one who give the negative reps.

2. You can get them on the shop... There are also the tut on the Tutorials section, find it.

3. Warning level is a percent where when it gets 100%, you get banned. I'm not really sure about this.

Well, I don't think all of my answers are correct. Let's hear the other people.

Answer 1. You have to do enough good stuff to get +reps. To give someone a +rep click on their reputation, choose Rate User, select positive, type in the reason and click the button.

 

Answer 2. Dig around the tutorials section. Don't post in very old ones, though.

 

Answer 3. If you do something wrong a Super/ Moderator can give you a warning. There is a date at which a specific warning expires, usually 1 month after it is issued. When your warning level gets 100%, you automatically get banned for 3 days and after the ban expires the warning level's back to 0%.

just one thing about the reps dont create another account just to boost your reps, its not fair on others and you would probably get them all removed and get banned anyways (just trying to make things clearer)
