Bio: Silhouette is not human. He is not an alien either. He was a creation from a Forbidden Jutsu. [spoiler=My Bio]Bio: Was once a cloud ninja but do to pple treated him like a monster becaus of his "Kekkei Genkai". he moved to the leaf vilage becaus he heard about naruto who is also treated badly but was still able to make friends. every time he uses his "Kekkei Genkai" his power increases but he loses controle the higher the level he enters (think of it like Naruto's 9-tailed cloak), every time his eyes meet a full moon he transforms in to a giang Ape, becaus of this he always weares a scarf around his eyes and he almost never goes on a mision during a full moon.

 

Jutsu(s): Goku's DBZ tecniques (witch is a mix of "aura", "spirit" & "chakura") & Water element Jutsue, & i have some abilities that are given to me by my sword.

Kekkei Genkai: SP sayan (I basicly git all of the sayan transformations from "SS1-SS4" and "Kio-Ken", also i get stronger when i am defeated)

Weapon(s) :a special sword given to him by his twin brother, it uses water in the surrounding area to create the blade.

the more water the stronger the blade, the sword also allows him to use many different techniques.

Also allows limited manipulative abilities of the spiritual particles around him to be used for basic attacks and defence by integrating the spirit into his own. Danger is that if the spirit is stronger than him, the spirit will take control of his body until it is removed.

Personality: Cool, calm, collective, wise, logical, knowledgeable. Yet aggressive, vicious, harsh, sometimes blunt, at times depressed, somewhat anit-social.

Bio: Born into a ninja family he was taught almost all of his ninja skills by his highly versatile family - every member of his family specialises in a different field of Ninja (Fire Style fighting, Water Style fighting, Medical, CQC etc.) - and he was born with a very rare ability, to manipulate the 4 base elements. Due to his beliefs and ideology, Lightning is not classed as a basic element like it is for most ninja; instead it is considered as a "cold" or "dark" form of Fire (just like how Ice is the "cold" or "dark" form of Water). After being home taught until he was 14 with very little interaction with the outside world, he became very secluded and anti-social and only enetered the academy to take the academy test. Due to his high skill he was able to advance through Chunin to Jonin very quickly.

Suteibu was standing in the middle of an open field near the outskirts of Konoha, staring up into the sunny and partially cloudly sky. His eyes were closed and his head with angled down slightly (as if looking to the ground slightly), and had his hands interlocked together in front of his chest beneath his poncho. He took a deep breath in through his nose and then suddenly pushed his hands out forcefully, spreading his poncho outward; this movement suddenly caused the ground around the area to shake and the wind to swirl heavily. After a bit of time the air and ground began to calm and the effects subsided as Suteibu lowered his hands back to his side and his poncho lowered back down over them. He grinned softly and then began to walk back towards Konoha slowly...
