The deck works absolutly fine as it is, I have beaten both a (good) SS and a GB (i don't know if it was good or not, we both had sheet hands xD) with it :D

.. i duknow im not a big fan of just random harpies decks, i like harpie control thats always a fun stratagy. though the biggest problem with harpie control is the fact that its entire stratagy is based on making sure your opponent loses more advantage then you. my biggest problem is the one thing that any deck needs is advantage, without advantage a deck is worthless, no exeptions. now advantage comes in one of two formes: ONE advantage to you, this includes draw power and just anything that adds to your card advantage. two disadvantage to your opponent, this includes anything that makes your opponent lose advantage. now with this deck there are not to many specific draw cards. in order to use just regular advantage you would have to use general draw power... which alone sucks, plain and simple. and plus with all the disadvantage your exact decktype supports im pretty sure you want to go with option two. icarus attack is probably your best bet, this is a card that destroys up to two (that up to is not half bad if i do say so myself) at the cost of a winged beast, one for one right? not half bad, but thats if you just use it at a random time. icarus is best used in response to something, namely something that destroyes something on your side of the feild. they use dark arm? woopie dark arm is gone. bye bye. other cards that can be used like this are spiritual art of wind and pheonix wing wind blast. art of wind is usually a better choice though it alone is not a 1 for 1 because it only returns one card on their side of the feild to the bottom of their deck, but it can be used in respons to say smashing ground or something and suddenly its a 1 for 1 because they are waisting a removal card. my suggestion is simple make it more based around using cards that are 1 for 1s or better and you might make sure the deck has a chance against better decks.
