Wait, neglected Types? Whatever happened to Beast-Warrior and Fish ^^(Pyro-Type would make sense too.)?? Anyway... I've got two entries, plus one if you decide to include my suggested neglected Types (psh.. you put in plant over beast-warrior... c'mon. Does "Crossroads of Chaos" ring a bell? ^^):

 

I'm very rusty after a long time of not making cards... please enjoy though!

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by adding your entire hand to your opponent's hand. The cards added to your opponent's hand by this effect are revealed and remain revealed for as long as they are in your opponent's hand. Your opponent can use the cards added to their hand in this Duel. When this card is Summoned, add up to 3 cards your opponent controls to your hand and reveal them. The cards added to your hand by this effect remain revealed as long as they are in your hand. You can use the cards added to your hand by this effect in this Duel. When either player Summons a revealed monster, destroy all face-up cards on the field whose Level is equal to the Level of the Summoned monster. When either player Sets a revealed card, add the Set card to the owners hand. When either player activates a revealed Spell Card, toss a coin. Heads: Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards you control. Tails: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls. When this card is removed from the field, all revealed cards are added to the owners' hands.

This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Fusion Deck except by discarding the above monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) This card is unaffected by your Spell Cards. When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all cards on the field except this card. During the End Phase, destroy this monster and inflict 4500 damage to your Life Points. You can then Special Summon up to 3 WATER monsters from your Graveyard.
