If you wanna build a good deck that is cheep, go for Battery OTK. It wont win a tournament but its still a decent deck.

You make my eyes bleed. That looks like a fusion of the 5Ds Starter Deck and sh*t. Plus, if the only remotely good Synchro you got is Parshath, you be stuffed. Since you obviously don't have many good cards for a homemade deck, try buying a Structure Deck and modifying it.

Or you could try a Gigaplant Deck, they're pretty cheap and can own opponents if they get the right combo, which is easy in a good one.
