Because Level 4 Tuners, especially with 1800 ATK and an effect, are really powerful.

 

Also, seeing as your name is Yggdrasil, do you think you could check out the "Random Inspired Cards" I made? You might know something about them, and could clarify any story mistakes I made.

EDIT: I've checked it, and it seems fine to me, but I'm not exactly an expert on Norse stuff. I've just played Age of Mythology and Tales of Symphonia, leading to my awesome name choice.
