Rise of the Eldrazi
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Testament_of_the_Arcane_LordsShould this card really be not allowed to be used?
Guest Supreme Gamesmaster
Yes. It can turn a lucky draw into an advance. They're matches for a reason; this way, unlucky draws can't lose you a tournament until it happens twice in a row (very unlikely).
Rise of the Eldrazi
True, but shouldn't VD be unusable too?
Angus0403
this is like the spellcaster's version of victory dragon. i dont get why they make this card everybody knows what happened to victory dragon if you don't know[spoiler= Click here]it got banned then what's the point? XENOCIDEX
ok, one thing that totally sucks about the rules is you can concede at any time Victory dragon is about to win you the match and ~concede~with the rules the way they are, these cards are totally worthless even if they aren't banned because of tournament conceding rules... The Dark One
This isn't a real card. It's like the God cards. Also, it's not that the card is broken, it's just that the effect is unacceptable. It effects the environment outside the duel.
bury the year
It changes the entire game in ways that weren't originally intended, and can be easily countered with 0 cards. Therefore, leave it illegal.
Abstract [Atrocity]
Definitely not a broken card, it (with VD and the rest of the match-winners) are banned because your opponent can scoop before you inflict the last bit of damage to them. ~ Chidori-Kun
You can only scoop on your turn though
「tea.leaf」
Victory Dragon was the first mistake, and it has been discussed plenty. There's no reason to discuss the other match winners; they cause rulings' nightmares.
