I'm sorry, I don't understand. What's wrong with the OCG? Why can't I Flip Summon... whatever you said? Yes, maybe the DEF is a little high, but how are the stars off? These would be terrible stats for a Lv 5 monster and way too high for Lv 3. If anything, its the effect that's overpowered, but you didn't say anything about that. Please explain.

You can only flip a monster in that is upside down because you cant flip a thats been shown because there is no point in it For OCG You would start the first word as Flip: then pu an effect from fliping and I was saying if you lower the DEF it would be 3 star and DEF shoudnt be used with monsters with that level ATK.

Never mind. You clearly don't know what you're talking about. This OCG is almost the same as that of Guardian Statue and such.

You do not have to place the word "FLIP:" inside the effect. You can use the words "When this card is Flip Summoned" or "When this card is flipped face-up" to denote a similar effect. An example is Nightmare Penguin. The DEF is okay for the monster, since there are monsters out there with 2000 DEF (yes, 2000) and an effect, and they're still Level 4, like Prickle Fairy, let alone 1800 DEF, like the aforementioned Nightmare Penguin.

 

While it is true that you can't Flip Summon face-up monsters, Solid Snake's effect does not force you to try to Flip Summon a face-up monster.

 

Anyways...

Effect: 10/10 (Perfectly balanced.)

Pic: 6.5/10 (Not bad, but Solid Snake is a bit too bright.)

Other: 8/10 (Also quite good, however the ATK and DEF seem a bit low.)

OCG: 10/10 (Perfect!)

Overall: 8.6/10 (Zetta great!)
