Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Releasing all monsters you control (min. 2) when a Chain of 3 or more links resolves. This card can attack your opponent's monsters as many times as the number of monsters Released for its Special Summon. If a chain of 4 or more links is resolved during your Main Phase 1 select and activate 1 of the following effects:

- Destroy all Monsters your opponent controls

- Destroy all Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls

- Draw 2 cards

- Your opponent discards 2 cards

If any of the previous 4 Effects are activated, this card is destroyed during the End Phase.

(FYI Ryu means Dragon in Japanese)

He means cards like "Rampaging Rhynos" and "Combo Fighter". Basically any card that has an effect that involves efects that are linked together in a chain.
